1.You have been briefed on a matter where your client is the defendant in a civil suit. The plaintiff has applied for an injunction. Draft a concise note (300–500 words) setting out the three strongest grounds on which you would oppose the injunction, and the one argument you are most worried about on the other side.
2.A senior colleague passes you a research memo written by a junior. The memo reaches a conclusion you think is wrong. How do you handle it? Walk us through your reasoning.
